Extend USA Hair Extensions STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

You have 14 calendar days from your order date to return any unopened Hair. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it. For hair returns from Extend USA Hair Extensions, the hair must be attached to the cardboard backing at the base and inside the plastic sleeve. There is a 10% restocking fee.

 

How to start an unopened return

- Call or email us to submit your request.

- We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for unopened returns; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

- Return requests are processed automatically via our Shopify store. You will receive an email confirmation with the address to mail the return to (carrier of your choice).

- If we receive a product that has not been authorized through this process, we will not issue a refund.

- Do not fold the packaging. Ship the hair back in the same box you received it to maintain its natural shape.

 

Processing a returned item

- Once your item arrives at our facility, processing takes up to 2 business days.

- We will inspect the returned item and notify you by email when we have received it.

- We will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund may take 5–7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank.

 

Option 1 — Immediate replacement

- If you need an immediate replacement, you may order and pay for the replacement hair at the time you submit the warranty claim.

- Once the claimed hair is received back, a full or prorated credit will be refunded to your card.

- Extend USA Hair Extensions will cover ground shipping for the replacement hair.

 

Option 2 — Return for credit

- Submit a claim and request to return the hair.

- After the claim is approved and we receive the hair, a full or prorated credit will be applied to your account to repurchase replacement hair.
